Order Information

What is my order status?

Your order status is automatically emailed to you.
Below are the different types of order statuses and their meanings.

Pending payment – Order received (unpaid) or awaiting payment to come through.
Failed – Payment failed or was declined (unpaid). Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as pending until verified.
Processing – Payment received and order is being processed awaiting to be shipped.
Completed – Order has been shipped – requires no further action.
On-Hold – Awaiting payment – Payment needs to be confirmed.
Cancelled – Order has been cancelled – no further action required
Refunded – Refund has been processed– no further action required

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all cards. Shop Venom is priced in United States dollars ($USD) for the purposes of a baseline international currency being accessible to all. You are able to use your own local currency and pricing for most major geographies. One base price, for planet earth.

Do I have to pay import taxes?

Venom Computers is exporting from Australia no taxes (0%, $0) are applicable from our end. Import taxes or customs duties may be applicable in your own home country and you should check with customs in your own respective country to see if taxes or duties apply when receiving goods.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

An invoice will be automatically emailed to you when your order is shipped. Once this happens your order status will change from “processing” to “completed”.

Where and how will my product be sent?

A shipping Information page will appear during checkout so you can enter a shipping address and choose a shipping method. We utilize a premium service that is free of charge to most locations, DHL Global Express.

How do I start a new order?

Because our site uses cookies, you may see some items in your cart that you no longer want. You can remove these items by clicking the mouse on the “Cart” button in the top navigation menu bar or you can click here to go to your shopping cart. Once you are on the shopping cart page you can remove unwanted items by clicking the “x” icon.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders for in stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, and therefore cannot be cancelled. To request cancellation of backordered items, please contact Venom Customer Service and then select “Sales & Products”
If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order will be shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We believe you will be impressed with the products you purchase from shopvenom.com. That’s because we design and build BlackBooks the way that should be made, really well. They are made to perform just the way you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.
That is why for any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. We will only remit refunds to the bank account where the name of the bank account holder matches the payor’s name/information within the same country in which they were originally purchased or reverse the original transaction if possible at our discretion. Shipping Information

Has my order shipped?

You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been shipped.

How do I get my tracking number?

You will receive a courier tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship to my country?

This list of countries we ship to can be found on the shipping information page.

When will my backorder ship?

Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be back-ordered. Normally, the product will become available in a few days. If the item you have ordered will become available in a longer time period we will contact you and advise you on this time frame. You will receive e-mail notification as soon as the product ships.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately processed for fulfilment and can no longer be changed by our system. If your package is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Can I change my shipping method?
