What is my order status?
You can view your order status by logging into My Account.
Below are the different types of order statuses and their meanings.
• Pending payment – Order received (unpaid) or awaiting payment to come through.
• Failed – Payment failed or was declined (unpaid). Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as pending until verified (i.e., PayPal).
• Processing – Payment received and order is being processed awaiting to be shipped.
• Completed – Order has been shipped – requires no further action.
• On-Hold – Awaiting payment – Payment needs to be confirmed.
• Cancelled – Order has been cancelled – no further action required
• Refunded – Refund has been processed– no further action required
What payment methods can I use?
We accept PayPal. Shop Venom is priced in United States dollars ($USD) for the purposes of a baseline international currency being accessible to all. When you pay via PayPal you are able to use your own local currency. One price, for planet earth.
Do I have to pay import taxes?
Venom Computers is exporting from Australia no taxes (0%, $0) are applicable from our end. Import taxes or customs duties may be applicable in your own home country and you should check with customs in your own respective country to see if taxes or duties apply when receiving goods.
We use DHL Global Express to ship our products. DHL does work with your local customs in your country. Once goods arrive in your country either DHL will call you first and ask for the taxes involved or you will just receive the delivery.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
An invoice will be automatically emailed to you when your order is shipped. Once this happens your order status will change from “processing” to “completed”. After your order has been shipped your invoice can also be downloaded manually by logging into My Account.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by clicking here.
Where and how will my product be sent?
A shipping Information page will appear during checkout so you can enter a shipping address and choose a shipping method.
How do I start a new order?
How do I cancel my order?
Orders for in stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, and therefore cannot be cancelled. To request cancellation of backordered items, please contact Venom Customer Service and then select “Sales & Products”
If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order will be shipped.
Has my order shipped?
You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been shipped. Your order status when logged into “my account” will also change from “processing” to “completed” once the order has been shipped.
How do I get my tracking number?
You will receive a courier tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship to my country?

When will my backorder ship?
Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be back-ordered. Normally, the product will become available in a few days. If the item you have ordered will become available in a longer time period we will contact you and advise you on this time frame. You will receive e-mail notification as soon as the product ships.
Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately processed for fulfilment and can no longer be changed by our system. If your package is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse.
